Hybrid Executive Assistant & Content Creator

The Jim Glover Auto Family is seeking a highly capable self-motivated individual for a hybrid role that combines executive support organization and creative content creation. This is not a traditional assistant position its an opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment enjoys variety in their work and can seamlessly balance administrative responsibilities with creative execution.
This role will provide direct support to dealership leadership while also helping capture and manage content that tells the story of our dealerships our people and our culture.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Office Support
Serve as a trusted assistant to dealership leadership
Manage calendars scheduling and daily organization
Assist with office administration correspondence and follow-ups
Help keep projects priorities and deadlines organized across departments
Act as a reliable point of coordination between leadership and team members
Content Creation & Media
Capture photo and video content inside dealership locations and occasionally off-site
Confidently operate a camera (DSLR mirrorless or high-quality mobile setup)
Support designated content days that may require local or limited travel
Document events team culture and behind-the-scenes moments
Organize and manage content for efficient use across platforms
Social Media & Creative Support
Assist with social media management and content scheduling
Contribute creative ideas for reels short-form videos stories and posts
Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms
Stay current on trends and suggest creative ways to showcase the business
Collaborate with leadership to bring ideas to life
Schedule & Flexibility
Monday through Friday in-store presence required
Flexibility for occasional travel on scheduled content days
Ability to balance structured office work with creative on-the-go responsibilities
Ideal Candidate Profile
Highly organized dependable and detail-oriented
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and anticipate needs
Comfortable shifting between professional administrative work and creative tasks
Confident operating cameras and content equipment
Experience managing or assisting with social media accounts
Strong communication skills with a positive team-first attitude
Professional adaptable and discreet when working closely with leadership
