About the RoleAs a Childcare Educator you will play a key role in creating a safe engaging and stimulating learning environment that supports each childs development and wellbeing.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild warm respectful relationships with children and families
Plan and implement age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
Support childrens social emotional physical and cognitive development
Maintain a safe inclusive and hygienic learning environment
Work collaboratively with a supportive team of educators
Observe document and reflect on childrens learning and development
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
A genuine passion for working with children
Understanding of child development and play-based learning
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Current Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
