Job Summary
Your duties include:
- Greet all guests as they arrive and depart the hotel
- Ensure the efficient delivery and collection of luggage escorting guests to their rooms.
- Explain room and hotel facilities to guests and answer any questions.
- Providing tourism information and dining/entertainment recommendations to guests.
- Assist the Concierge with their duties during busy periods and breaks.
Qualifications :
- Excellent grooming & presentation standards
- Good communication skills
- Safety mindset and ability to foster safety culture
- Must have valid Australian working rights
- Available to work flexible rosters
- Previous experience preferred not essential
