As the Director of Enterprise Technology & Architecture youll guide the long-term technology direction bring structure to a diverse platform ecosystem and ensure our architecture supports both innovation and operational excellence. Youll partner with leaders across the organization to create a cohesive secure and scalable technology environment that enables the business to thrive.

The Director of Technology will:

Lead high-impact programs that transform how our business operates.
Collaborate with teams across regions and functions in a culture that values expertise and thoughtful innovation.
Play a meaningful role in shaping strategy while developing your own leadership journey.

The responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Define and deliver enterprise-wide technology strategies standards and architectural frameworks.
Lead the design and evaluation of scalable solutions across ERP CRM integration data cloud and automation platforms.
Oversee the integration of systems and data to improve consistency reliability and business continuity.
Partner with stakeholders to identify emerging opportunities including AI and advanced analytics and turn them into practical initiatives.
Ensure technology roadmaps designs and implementations align with organizational goals compliance requirements and security standards.
Mentor and support teams to drive architectural maturity and technical excellence.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree in engineering science or mathematics
15 years of varied technical experience with a track record of guiding cross-functional teams and delivering major technology programs
10-15 years of technical hands-on management leadership and mentorship experience
8-10 years of proven experience leading enterprise technology strategy or architecture in a complex environment
10-15 years of leading the design and evaluation of scalable solutions across ERP CRM integration data (solid sense of data) data warehouse (SAP) cloud and automation platforms
8-10 years of strong understanding of modern technology trends cloud platforms integration patterns ERP systems and enterprise solution design
8 years of experience in cloud transformation data architectures ERP programs AI/ML initiatives automation (Power Automate) and large-scale platform integrations

Preferred Qualifications

Masters degree in engineering science or mathematics
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
Knowledge of architectural governance security-aligned design and modern enterprise delivery practices
Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences Industry preferred

The base salary range for this full-time position is $182500 - $198000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses equity or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
