Our staff are expected to adapt established testing protocols for individual patients based on the history and preliminary findings in order to document the information necessary to accurately determine the diagnosis. The Vascular Sonographer also supports Vascular Surgery in the operating room when requested for intraoperative monitoring and assessment. Finally the Vascular Sonographer supports the educational mission of the D. E.
