Job Summary
Metros Speech Department continues to grow and were hiring a dedicated per diem SLP to help us build up our Speech Therapy Department at our Garden City clinic. You will have full autonomy over your own caseload and can choose your own hours!
Job Type: Per Diem
Pay rate: $65/hour
Responsibilities:
- Evaluates a patients need for speech therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
- Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan agency policy and professional standards of care.
- Instructs family members Home Health Aides and other caregivers in appropriate speech therapy techniques & HEP
Qualifications :
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New York or eligible.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Mandatory Certifications: First Aid AED & CPR Certifications
