Inviting applications for the role of Senior Project Manager SAP Product Owner Expenses!
The Product Owner for Expense partners closely with MGSF P&O and Segment stakeholders to define priorities and outcomes refine user stories and orchestrate high-quality releases that improve policy compliance employee experience and spend visibility. The Product Owner plays a leading role in backlog prioritization and adoption enablement globally to enhance Expense Management processes technology data and controls whilst closely collaborating with MGSF to ensure alignment with TOM and value realization.
Responsibilities:
Shaping product roadmap based on process insights value and stakeholder needs.
Partner with business stakeholders (MGFS - GPOs P&O Segments) to co-define priorities outcomes customer journeys and compliance requirements.
Define user stories acceptance criteria and refinement inputs based on stakeholder needs and process insights.
Define and prioritize the Expense product backlog to improve spend visibility compliance policy enforcement and employee experience.
Drive execution of the product roadmap.
Co-define with GPOs and track product performance KPIs such as accuracy cycle time expense audit efficiency policy compliance utilization and user experience metrics.
Manage the digital products total cost of ownership (TCO) and track profitability metrics.
Ensure end-to-end alignment between expense processes TOM design controls and technology.
Collaborate with other product teams to leverage the full value of the ecosystem for end users.
Drive consistent Agile and Product Ways of Working across Expense product team.
Support global rollouts UAT readiness deployment planning and feature enablement.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives targeting compliance automation fraud prevention and user experience.
Prioritize security and scalability throughout the development process.
Work with the deployment Teams to coordinate and ensure smooth and successful deployment.
Provide insights to the run team to define the appropriate support model for the product.
Orchestrate product demos gather user feedback and iterate based on insights.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders before during and after product launches.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the product team.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or Information Systems required.
Knowledge/Experience in IT Background
Good communication especially in English and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment manages multiple activities and priorities and work well under pressure
Strong SAP ECC-Finance Trinity ERP(SAP) Blackline High Radius SAP Payroll Global Payroll solutions - multiple Global T&A solutions - multiple SAP CFIN BPS Tools OneStream Anaplan Oracle preferred on FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry. Experience on Business areas will be a plus.
Understanding of the business operations processes
Good Experience in SAP ECC-Finance Trinity ERP(SAP) Blackline High Radius SAP Payroll Global Payroll solutions - multiple Global T&A solutions - multiple
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Product Ownership or related industry experience
Bachelors degree (or foreign degree equivalent):Engineering Sciences or Business Management
Experience working in a technical environment with a broad cross functional team to drive product vision define product requirements and coordinate resources from multi-disciplinary teams
Experience presenting technical concepts to senior business stakeholders
Strong track record of customer-facing success and business acumen
Solid understanding of IT delivery principals lifecycles and agile delivery methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong skills in managing relationships with various stakeholders both technical and business-facing
Displaying leadership organization and executions skills
Strong Experience with SAP Concur.
Deep understanding of expense processes controls policies and integration with Finance Travel and P&O systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
Understanding of Design Thinking Agile and SAFe methodologies as well as product-based ways of working
Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Customer-centric mindset and ability to represent the customer
