The opportunity (Full-time)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our team on a fixed-term basis.

In this role you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the recruitment process while supporting our efforts to attract top talent.

You will assist with various tasks including conducting candidate research scheduling interviews providing feedback on candidates.

Additionally you will help maintain and update our candidate database ensuring we have a comprehensive resource for future recruitment initiatives. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in recruitment and exposure to the dynamics of working within a professional team.

To qualify for the role you must have

Good communication and organizational skills
Flexibility ability to manage multiple projects in parallel open to continuous learning
Enthusiasm positive results-oriented attitude teamwork skills
English skills - advanced

Your key responsibilities

Selects candidates based on CVs according to the candidates profile and job requirements.
Contact candidates to schedule interviews
Actively participates in the process of selecting candidates
Builds and maintains databases of candidates
Participate in events job/career fairs or any other projects
Inform candidates about the outcome of the selection process
