The Engineering Director is a key leadership role at Creation Technologies focused on overseeing and enhancing the engineering processes up to three critical disciplines: Test Engineering Process Engineering & Manufacturing Engineering. This leadership level position is crucial for driving the execution of complex engineering tasks managing a team of engineers and ensuring the creation configuration and optimization of processes required to produce and/or test Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) and box assemblies. The role requires an agile leader who can apply deep industry knowledge to advance manufacturing services drive continuous improvement uphold the highest standards of quality and efficiency and maneuver resources to deliver on high priority tasks.

Reports to Site VP/GM.
DIRECT REPORTS: Test Engineers Process Engineering Manager Manufacturing Engineers.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $140000.00 - $170000 annually. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience education location and shift. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on the date of hire schedule type and hours worked.

Working Conditions
The working environment is generally clean; however this position may be exposed to occasional dust metals/solder occasional exposure to high noise levels from operating machines or physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts. The employee must wear designated PPE and/or electrostatic dissipative protection where required. Otherwise office/business casual attire is appropriate.
