Travel Administrative Director (Nights)
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Director for a 13-week travel assignment in North Adams MA.
Assignment:
- Nights 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM 8; 8hr Nights 40hr gt May be required to cover as shift supervisor as needed
- Start Date: 3/30/2026
- Contract: 13 weeks
- Location: North Adams MA
- Traveler Policy: Client will not consider any candidate who resides within 50 miles of the facility
- Weekend Requirements: As needed/Holidays required if needed
- Non-billable orientation: 8hrs
** Any/All RTO must be included in the profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after the time of the offer. Please obtain this information before submittal. Requests after the offer may lead to the rescission of the offer
** THIS IS AN EXEMPT POSITION!
Responsible for directing the operation of the hospital on evenings nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recognized as a role model for clinical expertise; documented ability to make prompt quality decisions in the clinical setting.
- Demonstrates sufficient energy to participate in and support staff through change.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and evidence of fairness and consistency in the application of policies and contractual requirements.
- Manage a variety of intense activities or problems simultaneously.
- History of dependability in maintaining a work schedule and demonstration of work ethic required to motivate others.
- This direction includes responsibility not only for the inpatient units but for all ancillary and support departments that operate during these hours.
Compensation:
- Weekly Pay (hourly) Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)
- Pay package details provided upon offer
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of successful leadership experience is required
- Experience in successful conflict resolution is required
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the daily operations of an acute care Medical Center including experience handling emergency/trauma and critical care situations.
- Working knowledge of staffing systems is preferred
- A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or higher is required
- Documented evidence of continuing education and continued professional growth and progress in health care and nursing.
- Must be an RN
- Travelers must have their own vehicle for this need
- Perm address must be included in the profile
- Active American Heart Association BLS is required
- Active American Heart Association ACLS is required
- Strong communication professionalism and reliability

- Drug screen and background check (facility required)
- Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
