Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth TX. This role plays a key part in the planning coordination and execution of events from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is organized adaptable and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events and on-site operations
Liaise with vendors venues and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery
Assist in scheduling logistics coordination and event timelines
Ensure all event elements align with company standards and client expectations
Provide on-site support during events addressing operational needs as they arise
Maintain accurate records documentation and post-event reports

Qualifications :

Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced on-site environments
Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
Comfortable collaborating with clients vendors and internal teams
