The role reports to Senior Manager- Attack surface management. As the Red Team Technical Lead within the Attack Surface Management (ASM) team you will act as the primary technical authority for all offensive security activities including penetration testing and adversary simulation. Your core responsibility will be to lead and enhance the red team capability while providing strategic and hands-on support across the ASM portfolio.
You will mentor and guide a small team and collaborate closely with cyber defense threat intelligence and incident response teams to deliver realistic high-impact engagements.

What youll do
Lead the design planning and execution of red/purple team operations simulating advanced threat actor tactics techniques and procedures (TTPs).
Develop and maintain red team methodologies tools infrastructure and reporting standards.
Oversee the delivery of red/purple team engagements ensuring alignment with business risk threat landscape and detection capabilities.
Provide technical leadership across all ASM functions including penetration testing vulnerability assessments and attack surface discovery.
Ensure consistency in testing methodologies reporting quality and remediation guidance across the team.
Drive innovation in offensive security tooling automation and threat modeling.
What were looking for
Proven track record of designing and executing full-scope red team engagements covering planning execution and reporting.
Strong technical expertise in red team methodologies frameworks infrastructure setup and advanced attack techniques with an understanding of blue team detection capabilities.
6 years of experience in offensive security including at least 2 years providing technical leadership in red team operations.
Experience mentoring or managing team members fostering technical growth and career development.
Bachelors degree or higher with relevant offensive security certifications is essential ( CREST OSCP CRTO or similar )
