Job Summary
Executive Housekeeper
As the Executive Housekeeper you will lead the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms and public areas are impeccably clean organized and well-maintained. Youll oversee scheduling training inspections and inventory management all while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your leadership helps create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- You will ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our guests by managing the housekeeping team.
- Your daily tasks will include supervising housekeeping staff scheduling and ensuring quality control for all areas of the hotel.
- You will report to the Director of Rooms or General Manager.
- An executive housekeeping manager can advance to higher-level positions such as director of rooms operations manager or even general manager within the hospitality industry.
Education & Experience
Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:
- A combination of education and experience
What Youll Need to Succeed
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
- Ability to sit stand bend kneel and lift as requiredwith or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays if needed
