Job Summary
Private Household Housekeeper in Tribeca NYC!
Location: Tribeca New York City
Schedule: TuesdayThursday approximately 30 hours per week (flexible start and end times)
Compensation: $35$40 per hour depending on experience
Benefits: Two (2) weeks of paid time off (PTO)
Start Date: Flexible for the right candidate

A laid-back welcoming private home in Tribeca is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeper & Dog Walker to support the household three days per week. The homeowner values trust independence and high-quality work and is looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean organized and calm environment. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for expanded responsibilities and hours over time.
The homeowner is typically out of the home on the scheduled workdays so the ideal candidate is comfortable working independently and managing tasks on their own.
Household Details
Pets: One friendly 25 lb Australian Labradoodle
Environment: Relaxed respectful and low-stress household
Work Style: Independent; candidate will usually be alone in the home
Responsibilities
General housekeeping and upkeep of the home including cleaning tidying and maintaining organization
Deep cleaning tasks as needed; not every day will require a full top-to-bottom clean
Household organization including closets cabinets and common areas
Dog care responsibilities including walking and running dog-related errands
Local errands by foot such as grocery shopping returns trips to the dry cleaner and UPS store.
Being comfortable with a role that involves significant walking throughout the neighborhood
Providing home support while the homeowner is traveling including coming in during trips as needed

Requirements
Prior experience working as a housekeeper in a private home
Comfortable caring for and walking a dog
Enjoys walking and being active throughout the workday
Able to work independently and take initiative
Excellent references from past employers
Legal to work in the United States
