As an HR Administration Intern you will help ensure accurate and compliant employee data management throughout the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Working closely with our HR Operations teams you will support administrative processes documentation management data quality checks and system testing activities. This internship is ideal for individuals starting their career in HR data management who want to develop strong analytical organizational and problemsolving skills.
Your contribution to something big:
- Processing validating and updating employee personal data in our HR systems;
- Ensuring all required documentation is complete compliant and properly archived;
- Supporting employee lifecycle activities - from onboarding to offboarding;
- Preparing and validating HR documents such as contracts certificates letters and amendments;
- Performing data quality checks and reporting potential errors or inconsistencies;
- Participating in system testing for HR system updates including executing test cases and documenting outcomes;
- Assisting with process improvement initiatives within the HR Operations area;
- Responding to employee inquiries via phone and email with a customerfocused approach.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Currently pursuing or finished a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Management or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative or HRrelated tasks is a plus but not required.
- Knowhow:
- Solid knowledge of MS Office tools (Word Excel Outlook);
- Familiarity with HR systems or administrative softwares is an advantage.
- Languages:
- Good communication skills in English and Dutch;
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Working Style and Methods:
- Wellorganized accurate and attentive to detail;
- Flexible and comfortable working with changing processes;
- Customeroriented with a proactive mindset.
- Personality:
- Collaborative curious and eager to learn;
- Able to multitask and work in a dynamic multicultural environment.
