Job Summary
What Will You Do
Lead AI-enabled digital transformation Act as a senior consultant driving large-scale digital and AI transformation initiatives on a complex telco transformation program that includes advanced AI and Generative AI (GenAI) use cases.
Bridge Business AI and Technology Translate business and operational challenges into AI-powered solutions ensuring alignment between telco domain needs data platforms enterprise IT solutions and GenAI capabilities.
Advise Senior Stakeholders Work closely with C-level executives and senior leaders on the client side supporting strategic decision-making around AI adoption operating model changes regulatory considerations and value realization.
Drive Roadmaps & Execution Support the definition of transformation roadmaps project scopes and execution plans ensuring measurable business outcomes and timely delivery.
Deliver Digital Data & AI Solutions Contribute to data visualization analytics model development and AI application rollouts ensuring solutions integrate smoothly into enterprise systems.
Qualifications :
What You Need to Apply
- 45 years of experience in digital transformation AI-driven consulting or data-focused product roles
- Experience in enterprise IT system implementation preferably in telecommunications including the assessment design and planning of complex enterprise IT landscapes.
- Strong understanding of AI data analytics and practical Generative AI applications
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and support C-level discussions
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn business problems into AI-enabled solutions
- Excellent presentation storytelling and client-facing communication skills
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- High adaptability structured thinking and a proactive consulting mindset
Nice to Have:
- Background at a Big 4 consultancy or strategy/technology advisory role
- Hands-on exposure to Machine Learning NLP or GenAI tools
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau Looker)
- Understanding of data governance AI ethics and regulatory environments
