We are looking for professional qualified and enthusiastic candidates to take up a full-time position of an Administrative Assistant Data Management.
Your responsibilities will involve:
- Maintenance of departmental calendars and schedules
- Organization and documentation of meetings conferences and departmental trainings
- Maintenance of departmental tracking systems and tools
- Preparation of materials and presentations for department management
- Coordination of the development review and update of departmental training plans and matrices
- Tracking training compliance of departmental staff
- Liaising with other PSI functional areas and external vendors on administrative matters
Qualifications :
- College or University degree or at least one year of industry experience that presents the required knowledge skills and abilities
- At least 3 years of general clerical/document management experience and/or prior database maintenance experience
- Prior industry experience is a plus
