German speaking Senior Transition Manager Managed Services

Your future tasks will be

As a Senior Transition Manager in Computacenters Global Transition & Transformation Team (T&T) you will lead transition projects for managed services customers or take on the management of key areas of work in very large and complex transition projects reporting to programme managers or customer executives.

• Lead transition projects for managed services customers (service desk field services workplace services remote operations)
• Prepare project plans cost calculations and transition-related contractual documentation
• Manage T&T projects or service-specific workstreams ensuring timelines budgets and quality expectations are me
• Coach and support project teams enabling continuous professional development.
• Drive milestone achievement and sustainable change management
• Take on presales activities once onboarding is complete
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  
  

You are the ideal candidate if

• You have 5 years of experience in transition projects within managed services environments.
• You have solid project management knowledge preferably with a standard certification.
• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills including strong seniorlevel interaction.
• You have strong team spiritboth as a leader and a team member.
• You have high reliability and commitment to keeping promises.
• You have advanced level of English and German
• You have experience in outsourcing/managed services (service desk workplace field services remote ops).
• You have practical knowledge of classical PM methodologies.
• You have willingness to travel occasionally.
