Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to join ibis Jaipur City Centre. As the Restaurant & Bar Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar ensuring smooth coordination between all areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels placing orders for food beverages and supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations health codes and liquor laws.
- Analyze financial reports sales data and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus considering market trends and guest preferences.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally ensuring positive resolutions.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment for both staff and guest.
- Stay informed about industry trends and implement innovative ideas to keep the establishment competitive.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or bar management.
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge including menu planning.
- Strong front-of-house (FOH) operational experience in a busy restaurant or bar environment.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in reservation and POS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
