Were looking for a Commercial Manager who thrives in complexity builds strong relationships and can influence across all levels of a business. This role is about more than contracts its about shaping commercial strategies navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes.

While youll support our Technology team your impact will span multiple areas of the business ensuring suppliers and contracts deliver real value and align with long-term strategy. Youll lead negotiations guide decision-making and partner with stakeholders to embed commercial insight from the very start.

What youll be doing

  • Lead complex commercial negotiations and manage renewals across a diverse supplier portfolio.
  • Act as the commercial contracting expert across projects and tenders ensuring governance and alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Partner with business owners to understand future demand long-term strategy and embed strong commercial thinking early.
  • Conduct market research vendor due diligence and provide insight to inform business cases and strategic decisions.
  • Monitor market trends vendor performance and pricing to maintain commercial resilience and advantage.

What sets you apart

  • Proven experience in commercial strategy enterprise-level stakeholder management or contract negotiation.
  • Strong relationship and influencing skills with the ability to operate confidently in ambiguity and grey areas.
  • Analytical thinker who combines insight with practical action.
  • Passionate about innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in Technology/IT is a plusbut your diverse commercial experience is what really counts.
