Immersive exposure to branch banking operations and sales functions
Hands-on training in customer service client engagement and sales strategies

Who Were Looking For:

We are seeking early-career candidates or students who are:

Currently in their final year or recent graduates pursuing or holding degrees in Business Communication Marketing Banking or related fields
Academically strong with demonstrated leadership or extracurricular involvement
Passionate about sales customer service and building a career in banking
Proactive results-oriented and confident in client-facing roles
Effective communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient in Chinese (preferably Fookien)
Comfortable with a 100% onsite internship at NCR branch locations

Duration: Q3 2025
Location: EastWest branches across NCR
Compensation: Allowance provided
