Board Match Calendar Administrator
Our client offers a Premier Board Match calls (20-30 minute Google Meet video calls) for their advisory board members. The Calendar Administrator plays a key role in ensuring that our members who are scheduled for board match calls are paired with an available SDR (Sales Development Representative) to conduct these sales call. The Calendar Administrator manages multiple SDR calendars and is responsible for rescheduling and moving meetings between calendars based on real-time member and SDR availability and communicating with members and SDRs regarding the meeting invites via phone email and chat. The Calendar Administrator may join the start of some Board Match sales calls to notify an advisory board member that the SDR will be joining shortly or that the call may be rescheduled.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Calendar Management
Monitor all SDR Google Meet calendars for real time status of scheduled Board Match sales calls.
Manage SDR schedules making real-time changes as needed including scheduling rescheduling and prioritizing meetings based on Member availability.
Communicate the schedule movements to the SDRs for Members needing urgent accommodation.
Communicate schedule movements to Members via email or phone.
Coordinate with internal team to escalate issues and ensure timely follow-through.
Attend training and team meetings when required.
Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Address issues with a solution-oriented approach in a timely and respectful manner.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Self-directed and efficient with resources and time as well as persistent and dependable in meeting deadlines.
Professional courteous and responsive customer service and phone skills.
Experience with Google Meet or other virtual meeting platforms.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to work on site
Willingness to work the night shift and on weekends
