Job Summary

We are hiring for a Sales role Key responsibilities: - Support customers via phone email and chat providing clear and accurate information. - Follow structured processes document cases and meet quality standards. - Work closely with the team to resolve issues efficiently and professionally. What we are looking for: - Dutch proficiency to support native-level customers. - A service-oriented mindset reliability and comfort working with targets and procedures. - Notes: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales (Marketing experience is a plus) At least C1 level in Dutch and B2 level in English Strong communication skills ONLY CANDIDATES ALREDY IN BERLIN Working details: - Work model: On-Site Compensation: - 2750 Performance bonus: up to 687.50 Language bonus: 300 Benefits and eligibility: - Relocation: Relocation support of up to 1500 from outside Germany and 700 from within Germany depending on current location (minimum 100 km to Berlin) * - Eligibility / documents: Student visa is not accepted anymore. Accepted documents: 1. EU Citizenship. 2. Fiktionsbescheinigung Aufenthaltstitel oder Niederlassungserlaubnis Die Hauptsache Erwerbstätigkeit erlaubt.
