About the Role
In this position youll support customers across key CPI segmentsincluding Data Centers Marine Pharma and Food & Beveragebringing technical insight commercial awareness and strong relationshipbuilding skills. Youll collaborate across engineering sales and marketing while representing Rotork at customer sites events and industry meetings throughout the region.
What Youll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships across the Benelux region.
- Understanding customer operations technical needs and longterm goals.
- Working closely with engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Delivering engaging demos and technical presentations that simplify complex technologies.
- Tracking market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities early.
- Preparing accurate compelling proposals and quotations.
- Providing handson technical support including product training for customers.
- Collaborating with marketing on targeted campaigns and outreach initiatives.
- Traveling throughout the region for customer visits site assessments and industry events.
- Keeping CRM activities organized and up to date.
- Continuously developing your technical knowledge and staying curious.
Qualifications :
What You Bring
- A bachelors degree in Engineering or similar.
- 35 years of experience in technical sales or a comparable customerfacing technical role.
- Familiarity with CPI segments (e.g. Data Centers Marine Pharma Food & Beverage).
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Commercial instincts including negotiation and opportunity development.
- Confident communication and presentation skills.
- A track record of building longterm customer relationships.
- Analytical thinking paired with strong problemsolving skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English plus Dutch or French (either language is greatmuch of the work will take place in Belgium).
- Already based in the Benelux region holding an EU passport or valid work permit.
- Willingness to travel across the region.
- Selfdriven organized and able to thrive in a team environment.
- Flexible openminded and ready to adapt quickly.
