Job Summary
Overview
Our client a leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Senior/Managing Associate to join its Corporate Transactions team in Hong Kong. The role focuses on ECM M&A and post-listing compliance for clients in highly regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IPOs M&A transactions and post-listing compliance
- Draft prospectuses disclosures and legal documents
- Conduct due diligence and verification exercises
- Advise clients and prepare legal opinions
- Supervise junior lawyers and contribute to business development
Requirements
- Hong Kong qualified lawyer with 8 years PQE in ECM M&A and compliance gained within a reputable international law firm
- Strong drafting skills and commercial acumen
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
- Ability to lead mentor and work independently
