Job Summary
- Assist project delivery in sustainability engineering such as green building assessment and certification (LEED WELL SITES etc.) sustainable design and planning energy studies and carbon management etc.;
- Carry out building performance modeling and analysis such as energy AVA daylight solar ventilation thermal comfort etc.;
- Prepare technical reports presentations and other project deliverables;
- Project team coordination and project meeting attendance;
- Assist with project bidding and business development activities;
- Willingness to travel within the Greater Bay Area and Hong Kong
Qualifications :
- Degree in Built Environment / Energy Engineering /Environmental Engineering /Mechanical Engineering / Building Services Engineering;
- Knowledge of carbon management carbon audit and ESG is preferred;
- LEED AP / WELL AP with 5 years working experiences;
- 5-year relevant experience with sustainable design modeling software is preferred (eQuest IES Ecotect Fluent DiaLux etc);
- Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and English is necessary; and proficient in Cantonese;
- Self-motivated and hardworking;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Engineer.
