Job Summary
The Business Specialist plays a pivotal role in optimizing business processes through effective management of workshops and implementation of solutions within the D365 F&SCM Warehousing domain. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements reviewing functional specifications and ensuring that solutions meet business needs. The Business Specialist will lead a team of analysts to drive the successful delivery of projects enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the organization s strategic objectives. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Facilitate Business Workshops Using D365 F&Scm Warehousing To Gather Detailed Business Requirements And Ensure Alignment With Organizational Goals.
2. Review Functional Specification Documents For Completeness Ensuring All Requirements Are Accurately Captured And Stored For Future Reference.
3. Conduct Walkthrough Sessions To Align Functional Specifications With Business Requirements Providing Insights And Suggesting Design Solutions To Enhance System Functionality.
4. Evaluate Test Cases To Ensure They Accurately Reflect Functional Requirements Supporting Quality Assurance Processes And Successful Implementation.
5. Lead And Mentor A Team Of Business Analysts Fostering A Collaborative Environment To Drive Project Success And Continuous Improvement In Business Analysis Practices.
