Designation Delegate Engagement Specialist

Location: Mira Road Mumbai (Onsite)
Department: Sales


Your Role & Responsibilities

Your role will be to connect with potential delegates through calls emails and LinkedIn promote our premium business events build strong relationships and close sales with confidence!

Engage with Delegates: Make 5070 outbound calls daily and connect through emails to promote our premium business conferences and events.

Leverage Networking: Use LinkedIn and industry networks to identify reach out to and build connections with decision-makers and professionals relevant to our events.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales plans to acquire both complimentary delegates ensuring targets are consistently met.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing delegates to encourage loyalty repeat attendance and referrals.

Negotiate & Close Deals: Showcase your persuasion and negotiation skills to handle objections confidently and secure commitments for delegate registrations.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM track interactions and report daily sales progress to the team.

Excellent communication & persuasion skills confident on calls & emails.

Target-driven and motivated to achieve & exceed goals.

Comfortable using LinkedIn email and phone outreach.

Freshers or candidates with 1 year in telesales or B2B sales preferred.

  • Location: Onsite at our Mumbai office (Mira Road)
  • Workdays: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6:30pm

Saturday 9:30am to 1:30pm
