Role Overview
In this role you will be an integral part of the operations vertical driving progress behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. You will nurture relationships with key stakeholders and partners to ensure timely operations. This role is ideal for a doer and multitasker with a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Collaboration: Co-create administrative and operational strategies by collaborating with various internal programs and teams.

Partnership Management: Build long-term multi-dimensional institutional partnerships with service partners and vendors.

Administrative Coordination: Manage timely communication with internal and external stakeholders to prepare essential documents and collaterals.

Logistics & Travel: Coordinate and manage travel bookings for staff in accordance with established policies and budgets.

Finance & Compliance: Collaborate with the finance team on necessary documentation and compliance requirements.

Vendor Relations: Sustain relationships with vendors across multiple verticals to ensure deliverables are met on time.

Office Management: Manage general office operations administration and logistics to support a growing team.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

Education: A bachelors degree in any field.

Experience: 24 years of relevant work experience.

Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Execution: Strong implementation abilities and close attention to detail for managing multiple operational pieces.

Organization: Effective prioritization and time management skills to juggle various tasks efficiently.

Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills.
