We are looking for experienced professional responsible for acquiring managing and growing corporate clients by providing insurance broking solutions tailored to their risk management needs. The role involves identifying business opportunities advising clients on appropriate insurance coverage negotiating with insurers and ensuring long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new corporate clients across industries such as manufacturing IT logistics healthcare and infrastructure.
Generate leads through networking referrals cold calling and market research.
Achieve assigned revenue premium and client acquisition targets.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to corporate decision-makers (CFOs Risk Managers HR Heads).
Client Relationship Management
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business risks and insurance requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
Conduct regular client meetings and policy reviews.
Insurance Placement & Advisory
Analyze client risk profiles and recommend appropriate insurance solutions such as:
o Fire Insurance
o Property & Engineering Insurance
o Liability Insurance
o Marine Insurance
o Group Health & Employee Benefits
Coordinate with internal teams and insurers to place policies on competitive terms.
Support negotiations on premiums coverage terms deductibles and claims handling arrangements.
Renewals & Cross-Selling
Manage policy renewals by ensuring timely documentation and premium collection.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional insurance products.
Market & Insurer Coordination
Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies and underwriters.
Stay updated on market trends new insurance products and regulatory changes.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal company policies.
Maintain accurate sales records client documentation and MIS reports.
