Role Purpose & Success Outcomes

Purpose: Own group-level financial planning analysis and consolidated management reporting to support leadership decision-making across the companys healthcare technology ecosystem.

Success outcomes:

  • Accurate and timely consolidated financial management reports across member entities
  • Clear visibility into group-level performance cash flow and capital efficiency
  • Reliable budgets and rolling forecasts aligned with strategic objectives

  • Actionable financial insights that support executive and board-level decisions

Key Responsibilities

A. Group Financial Management & Consolidation

  • Collect and consolidate group management financial statements including P&L balance sheet and cash flow from member companies.
  • Analyze financial performance including revenue cost structure EBITDA and cash flow at group level.
  • Develop and maintain consolidated financial dashboards using Excel and Power BI.

B. Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Coordinate annual operating plans (AOP) and rolling forecasts (quarterly/monthly) with business units.
  • Track budget versus actual performance and analyze variances.

  • Propose cost capital structure and cash-flow adjustments aligned with group strategy.

C. Cash Flow & Capital Management

  • Monitor and consolidate group cash-flow plans including internal fund movements.
  • Analyze capital utilization interest expenses and debt structure efficiency.
  • Support engagement with banks and investment partners on financing guarantees and medium- to long-term loans.

D. Management Reporting & Executive Support

  • Prepare periodic consolidated financial reports for the Executive Management Team and Board.
  • Support preparation of financial presentation materials.

  • Analyze financial and selected non-financial indicators to support strategic decision-making.

Candidate Profile

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Corporate Accounting or Auditing (required).
  • Professional certifications (e.g. ACCA CPA) are a nice-to-have.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar FP&A financial analysis or management accounting role (required).
  • Experience working with group-level or multi-entity financial data is a nice-to-have.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (required).

  • Strong working knowledge of Power BI for financial reporting and dashboards (required).
  • Experience with financial consolidation and management reporting tools is a nice-to-have.

Knowledge Domain

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (required).
  • Knowledge of budgeting forecasting cash-flow management and capital structure analysis (required).
  • Exposure to healthcare technology or platform-based business models is a nice-to-have.

Working Style & Culture

  • Comfortable working independently while coordinating closely with multiple business units.
  • Clear communicator able to explain financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and effective in a dynamic fast-growing environment.
