Role Purpose & Success Outcomes

Purpose: Own and execute legal procedures for real estate projects ensuring regulatory compliance and timely approvals that enable project development.

Success outcomes:

• Legal dossiers for assigned projects meet regulatory requirements and progress as planned.
• Project legal risks are identified early and addressed with practical solutions.

• Leadership receives clear timely legal guidance for project decisions.

• Effective working relationships are maintained with relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control legal documentation for real estate projects including planning investment land and construction legality.
• Prepare submit and track legal dossiers; monitor status and report progress in line with internal requirements.
• Advise the Board of Management on legal directions strategies and procedural roadmaps for project research and development.
• Research update analyze and synthesize new laws and regulations related to real estate and project investment.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with government authorities departments and external partners to support project legal implementation.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager or Leadership.

Candidate Profile

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Law Architecture Construction or related fields (required).

Professional Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project legal affairs within real estate developers or project development companies (required).
• Hands-on experience working with and processing dossiers at relevant government departments (required).

• Existing professional relationships with authorities (nice-to-have).

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong drafting skills for legal documents contracts and regulatory dossiers.

• Solid analytical problem-solving and situation-handling capability.

• Ability to manage multiple legal procedures with accuracy and follow-through.

Knowledge Domain

• In-depth understanding of laws and regulations related to investment land construction housing and real estate business.
• Awareness of regulatory updates affecting real estate project development.

Working Style & Culture

• Structured detail-oriented and compliance-driven.

• Comfortable coordinating with external authorities and internal stakeholders.

• Willing to travel as required by project needs.
