Job Summary
- Handle LIMS system (quotation clients data/sample regist and related tasks)
- Coordinate with BD team to resolve clients inquiries/complaints
- Follow up with existing clients and maintain their regular use of ES services
- Promote the products/services to clients answer questions and concerns as they arise respond to inquiries and resolve issues as they come up
- Understand clients needs and make appropriate proposal clients/ BD team in case approval needed
- Liaise with related teams to update clients debt status for appropriate actions
- Collect clients feedback communicate with BD and team members make case-study for better professional customer service
Qualifications :
- Graduate with major Business Admin Food/Post harvest/ Biology Technology or have profound understanding of the Food Food-related markets and ability to expand capability to other sectors
- At least 1 - 2 years experience at the same position
- Good English is a plus
