As our Business Development Manager youll drive our outbound engine and help shape how future customers meet us for the first time.

Tasks

Your Responsibility

  • Own the full outbound process from first touch to booked demo.
  • Build and scale lead generation across cold email and LinkedIn.
  • Optimize lead funnels and landing pages for conversion.
  • Manage every touchpoint with precision and consistency.

What Youll Do

  • Write and run cold email campaigns targeting DACH markets.
  • Execute structured LinkedIn outreach to key decision-makers.
  • Set up and improve lead funnels no lead left behind.
  • Collaborate on landing pages that convert.
  • Coordinate follow-ups and prep demo calls for high close rates.

Requirements

  • Native-level German.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B outbound or sales development experience.
  • Strong copywriting instincts clear sharp no fluff.
  • Hands-on with tools like Apollo Clay HubSpot or similar.
  • Self-starter who builds structure not just follows it.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City.
