As ourData / Decision Support Product Manager for Sales & Profit and Finance areas you will play a crucial role in enabling this transformation and helping Strawberry become a data-driven organization at scale.

To support this vision we recently moved to adomain-based Data Product organization ensuring our data initiatives are tightly aligned with business needs and able to deliver meaningful impact.

We are now looking for a Data / Decision Support Product Manager tolead our Sales & Profit Data Product Team and our FinanceData Product Team. In this role you will be the bridge between business priorities and technical execution ensuring we deliver data products that drive profitability sustainability and better decision-making.

About the Team & Domain

You will lead theSales & Profitproduct area. The scope of this domain includes Sustainability Profit & Distribution Sales & Contracting Commercial Nordics and Commercial Performance for Luxury & Lifestyle.

The other team focuses on Finance with the following part of the organization as stakeholders: Finance Accounting Strawberry Project Management Procurement Business Development.

Our business objective is simple:
Put heads in beds with profitability and sustainability in mind.

You will work with a cross-functional team of Data Engineers Data Analysts our Data Governance Manager and our Data Architect as well as Data Scientists and UX Designers when needed.

The Role

As a Data Product Manager you are responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful usable products that unlock insights and empower decision-making across the organization. You identify opportunities to leverage internal and external data to create new capabilities ensuring our solutions arevaluable usable feasible scalable and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy:Define and own the strategy and roadmap for data products within the Sales & Profit domain aligned with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.

Bridge Business & Technology

  • Act as the crucial link between business stakeholders (e.g. Revenue Management Sales Sustainability) and the technical data team.

  • Translate business challenges into clear actionable data product strategies.

Product Development:Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to implementation ensuring products meet user needs deliver business value and are adopted across the organization.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Serve as the teams leaderfacilitating direction alignment and motivationeven though team members do not report directly to you.

  • Collaborate closely with other Data / Decision Support Product Managers to jointly prioritize the most important data initiatives across Strawberry.

Performance & Optimization:Monitor product performance collect user feedback and continuously enhance data products to maximize impact.

Data Governance:Ensure data quality integrity and compliance across all data products in your domain.

Who You Are

Were looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on data expertise. You can balance user needs with efficient sustainable development.

You have 2 out of the three aspects of the role:

Data Product Management:

  • You connect data initiatives to broader business goals and long-term impact.

  • Documented experience with Product Management or Data Product Management or similar data-as-a-product methodologies is a significant advantage.

  • You care deeply about user experience and your product fit whether the user is an analyst a business stakeholder or a decision-maker.

Data Literate

  • You understand data science analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience withPower BIandSnowflakeis a strong advantage.

Business knowledge:Knowledge of e-commerce or B2B sales and or knowledge of finance. Knowing the hospitality industry its sales process or revenue management is a plus.

You need also collaborative skills:

  • Strong Communicator:You excel at explaining complex data insights in a clear and accessible way.

  • Collaborative Partner:You have a track record of working effectively with diverse cross-functional teams.
