Learning and Development Project Manager Sydney (Contract Role)
The Learning & Development (L&D) Project Manager is responsible for the planning coordination and delivery of all Learning and Development programs across APAC. Working in close partnership with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) this role ensures our people are equipped with the skills and capabilities required to succeed in a fast-paced collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
You will manage a portfolio of training programs ensuring development initiatives are impactful scalable and sustainable. With responsibility for the APAC region (currently 350 employees across Sydney and Korea with a growing presence in Hong Kong) this role offers the opportunity to shape learning at scale while maintaining strong connection to the business and its evolving needs.
