We are seeking a Learning & Development Consultant (Contractor) to support the planning coordination and seamless delivery of Learning & Development programs across APAC. Working closely with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders this role ensures our people are enrolled in and supported through high-quality learning experiences that build the skills and capabilities required to succeed in a fast-paced collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. This is an operationally focused role with significant ownership requiring strong organisation attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end coordination and administration of L&D programs including participant management scheduling venue logistics facilitator liaison communications and evaluation tracking.
- Manage multiple concurrent learning initiatives across APAC (Sydney Hong Kong and Korea) including support for traineeship and internship programs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to scope requirements coordinate delivery and ensure high-quality learning outcomes.
- Maintain L&D governance frameworks documentation and reporting to ensure consistency compliance and continuous improvement.
- Analyse program feedback and data to identify trends and provide insights to HR and business leaders.
Your Skills and Experience
- Minimum 4 years experience providing administrative or coordination support within Learning & Development HR or a similarly fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a proactive solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively while also taking full ownership of tasks from initiation through to completion.
- Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across different levels and regions.
