We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning and delivery of engineering-based projects within our Urban Development team.
Working closely with Project Managers and technical leads you will support planning coordination reporting and financial tracking across multiple projects while continuing to develop your project management capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day project delivery activities
- Assist in developing an understanding of client objectives scope and project outcomes
- Help prepare project plans programs budgets and reports
- Assist with project financial tracking and cost monitoring
- Support preparation of bids tenders and proposals
- Assist with coordination and review of design and documentation
- Attend site inspections and support construction phase activities
- Assist with preparation of meeting agendas minutes and stakeholder communications
- Apply Egis quality safety and risk management systems
- Maintain organised project documentation in accordance with company requirements
Qualifications :
- Prior experience in a Project Coordinator Project Support or similar role
- Degree qualified (or currently studying) in Engineering Construction Management Project Management or a related discipline
- Experience supporting projects in a consulting environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive detail-oriented approach and willingness to learn
