What the role is about

Youll be helping PayPal users with questions about transfers payments online purchases and general support.

Youll do this through calls emails chat or video. Always with a focus on turning every interaction into a great experience.

Your days will be varied social and fast-moving. Youll learn a ton grow professionally and become part of a friendly Nordic team living their best Mediterranean life.

You will:

  • Assist Norwegian-speaking PayPal users with account or transaction questions
  • Handle customer inquiries with clarity patience and problem-solving
  • Treat all customer information with care
  • Communicate across different channels (phone chat email video)
  • Share ideas and solutions with your team
  • Bring positive energy and help keep customers happy
  • Enjoy life in Crete (this one is mandatory!)


Requirements
  • Fluency in Norwegian
  • Good English skills
  • A socially confident solution-oriented attitude
  • Tech awareness and the ability to multitask
  • A willingness to learn grow and take ownership
  • Curiosity an adventurous mindset (yes the Mediterranean counts as an adventure)
