Greece Remote (within Greece) / Athens (Relocation) Start Date: March / April / May
Are you a native-level Portuguese speaker (C2) with strong English skills (B2C2) and looking to grow your career with a well-established global digital services company This is a full-time customer support role serving international users in Portuguese and English.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via phone email and chat
Resolve account service and general support queries
Deliver a professional and empathetic customer experience
Meet quality productivity and compliance standards
Requirements
Portuguese proficiency C2 (spoken & written)
English proficiency B2C2
Customer service experience advantageous
Willingness to relocate to Athens if required
