The Opportunity

Our client is an elite venture-backed SaaS organization currently navigating a massive scaling phase. Following a successful $10M milestone they are looking for a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager who is a builder by nature. This isnt a role where you just follow a script; you will be a primary architect of the customer journey as the company triples its footprint.

The Role

Currently this is a full-cycle position. You will handle the entire customer lifecyclefrom the initial technical implementation and handoff through to long-term value realization and renewals. As the organization matures you will have the unique opportunity to help shape the future of the Success and Implementation departments.

  • End-to-End Ownership: Act as the single point of contact for mid-market customers owning implementation onboarding and long-term success.

  • Strategic Advisory: Move beyond support to become a trusted advisor ensuring customers hit their specific business KPIs.

  • Internal Feedback Loop: Provide direct constructive feedback to Product and Engineering based on customer friction points.

  • Agile Execution: Transition seamlessly between high-level strategy and in-the-weeds technical execution.

  • High-Aptitude Backgrounds: We value raw excellence. Whether you were a collegiate athlete a performing artist (e.g. Broadway Swing) or a former entrepreneur we look for individuals who have reached the top of their respective fields and have a proven memory for complexity.
