WORK SCHEDULE
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
The Madison Clinic at Harborviewoffers medical care and social services for persons living with HIV/AIDS regardless of sexual orientation gender identity race or ability to pay. Our mental healthcare professionals provide a range of services for patients with HIV/AIDS including psychiatricconsultationsmedication management and recommendations for continuedpsychiatric care.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
The Madison panel navigator has to work with the satellite Madison clinics at Snohomish Kent and Federal Way as well as the downtown programs (Pioneer Square clinics).
They will assist in coordinating population health programs at HMC primary care clinics and support leadership communications for population health initiatives.
Independently provide support services such as processing incoming referrals scheduling patient appointments obtaining and verifying demographic and financial information through pre-registration process completing patient registration by obtaining consent for medical care and financial agreement and processing patient paperwork and coordinating care with other services and triaging patient telephone calls to clinical staff and providing information about services.
