As the Analyst within the Investment Specialist and Investor Relations team you will be working with the Investment Specialist and Investor Relations team that is focused on growing the business through new clients expanding existing relationships and delivering new product as well as retaining current assets.

The Analyst will work with the team on prospective opportunities and supporting existing client relationships
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update all marketing collaterals including strategy pitch book product profiles ad-hoc materials etc.
- Lead the development and liaise with internal RFP team and investment team in the production and completion of requests for proposal (RFPs) requests for information (RFIs) due diligence questionnaires (DDQ) quarterly/monthly client/consultant questionnaires and ad-hoc requests. Assist with the on-going prospecting initiatives by staying on top of news feeds for potential search/RFP activities that can lead to new mandates.
- Assist with all operational/administrative duties associated with Investor accounts redemptions and contribution tracking.
- Assist the fund level reporting efforts for all investors in the Infrastructure Group including client statements snapshots quarterly/annual reports as well as webcast coordination etc.
- Work with internal constituent groups as well as consultants and clients to answer questions and address issues. Ensure timely accurate and quality delivery of responses.
- Update and maintain internal databases Fund AUMs & other books on monthly & quarterly basis.
- Identify and work on efficiency initiatives to help team continue to improve productivity. Maintain a high level of competency in reviewing data and reports and identifying gaps / issues.

- Previous experience working with open or closed-end funds would be a plus.
