A Day in the Life Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team focusing on media planning and social media management. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic marketing team working with digital campaigns and social media strategies for a major brand. As a Marketing Intern you will support the execution of media plans monitor social media channels and help analyze the performance of marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and scheduling of media campaigns across various digital platforms.
Support the creation and scheduling of social media content in line with campaign strategies.
Help track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
Support community management
Collaborate with the marketing team on brainstorming sessions and creative ideas.
Research trends in media and social media to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide administrative support including preparing presentations and organizing data.
Assist in the creation scheduling and monitoring of content for Medtronic Iberias social media channels.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a program in Marketing Communication Business or related field.
Interest in digital marketing and social media.
Strong analytical skills
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and additional languages a plus).
Creative mindset and willingness to learn with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Experience: Not required. Internship only.
Education: Graduate.

Languages: English (Reading: Advanced level (C1) / Writing: Advanced level (C1) / Conversation: Advanced level (C1))
Additional Information:
- Internship agreement
- Duration: 12 months (extendable 6months)
- Full time
- Schedule: flexible 7:30-1000 to 16:00-18:30. Fridays and summer months intensive day
- Office presence: minimum 2 days/week
- Study aid of 1000 gross/month Food Aid (Ticket restaurant)
