Job Summary

What will I be doing

As our Human Resources Coordinator youll play a key role in supporting our people and driving HR initiatives across the property. Youll coordinate and deliver training champion Health & Safety and assist with driving community projectsall while providing exceptional support to our team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering all brand training including Orientation Health & Safety and introductory leadership programs.
  • Coordinating Travel With Purpose community projects and activities.
  • Managing training records and assigning online learning as required.
  • Keeping clear communication with all departments involved in projects and activities.
  • Assisting internal and external guests with requests.
  • Leading Health & Safety initiatives on property.
  • Attending mandatory meetings and following emergency procedures when needed.
  • Building strong working relationships with team members departments and guests.

  • Training delivery experience.
  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

  • Flexibility to adapt to different situations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.

Hours: 32 per week
