MARPRO Group is currently engaged in a confidential mandate on behalf of a highly specialized Technical Ship Management company. To strengthen and elevate its leadership capacity we are seeking an accomplished Managing Director to take full responsibility for the companys operations strategic direction and continued commercial and technical excellence.
This is a rare opportunity for a maritime leader with deep technical insight and a strong operational mindset to step into a pivotal role within a niche wellestablished organization. Professional Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a distinguished professional background ideally encompassing:
A relevant technical education such as Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture
A proven and successful track record within the technical management of passenger vessels preferably with responsibility for complex fleets
Demonstrated leadership experience including the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and manage highstake operational decisions
Fluency in at least one Scandinavian language
Existing permission to work in the European Union
