Meet your future team

As part of Global Finance you will become the dedicated financial partner to the Category Management team. You will report to the Senior Finance Manager Brand Marketing & Category Management and engage with commercial innovation strategy and operations stakeholders across the organisation.

Category Management sits at the intersection of Sales Strategy Operations & Supply Products & Innovation and the commercial frontline. You will act as the financial anchor point for this area ensuring transparency alignment and forward-looking insight that supports informed and balanced decision-making.

You will play a key role in shaping category direction by translating financial insight into strategic choices commercial prioritisation and longterm value creation.

What we offer

In this role you will support performance management across the Category Management area drive financial planning cycles and ensure strong financial governance across cross-functional initiatives.

More specifically your tasks will be to:

• Partner with the Category Management leadership team on key initiatives priorities and performance dialogues
• Lead KPI development target setting and performance tracking with a commercial focus
• Drive the annual planning and forecasting cycles for the Category Management area
• Deliver clear insights and deep-dive analyses highlighting performance drivers and improvement opportunities
• Ensure strong financial follow-up on commercial initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Support business case evaluations including new opportunities and markets
• Strengthen financial governance and ensure consistent methodologies across category activities
• Develop and maintain tools templates and models that support decision quality
• Collaborate with Finance peers across Sales Strategy Operations & Supply and Products & Innovation
• Work closely with Finance teams in Products & Innovation and Business Controlling (Poland) on budgeting reporting and cost management
• Contribute to reporting and process optimisation with a focus on clarity and consistency
• Help strengthen the financial foundation across Category Managements strategic agenda and longterm value creation

Moreover we expect that you:

• Hold a masters degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field
• Bring strong experience within Finance Performance Management or Business Partnering in an international setting
• Are proficient in Excel PowerPoint and Power BI and enjoy developing analytical tools
• Communicate clearly and concisely and create compelling narratives for senior stakeholders
• Are proactive self-driven and able to prioritise effectively across multiple tasks
• Build strong relationships and manage stakeholder expectations with ease
• Have full proficiency in English both written and spoken
• Bring strong structured problemsolving skills and the ability to break down complexity into clear strategic options
