Required Skills:
Proven experience: 8 years conducting prompt thorough and fair global workplace investigations preferably at a private or publicly traded company.
Technical skills: Experience with email search tools Salesforce online research and case management systems (NAVEX EthicsPoint preferred).
Professional qualities: Strong professional judgment emotional intelligence and ability to successfully work cross-functionally and build trust with stakeholders.
Communication skills: Ability to present findings clearly in the form of fact-based conclusions and recommendations that look towards broader organizational health improvements and long-term solutions that fix root cause issues.
