Job Summary:

The Training & Awareness Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering cybersecurity training programs to enhance the organizations security posture. This role involves creating engaging training content customizing it based on security assessments and measuring the effectiveness of the training initiatives.

Location:Washington District of Columbia United States

Responsibilities:

- Develop hybrid cybersecurity training programs combining computer-based training (CBT) and instructor-led sessions.
- Deliver cybersecurity training to all staff.
- Customize training content based on assessment and penetration testing findings.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of training programs.

Required Skills & Certifications:

- Minimum three (3) years of experience delivering cybersecurity training and awareness programs.
- Security awareness program design experience.
- Knowledge of adult learning methodologies.
- Experience with threat-informed training delivery.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

- SANS Security Awareness certification or equivalent.
