Job Summary

Job Summary:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing current and future state business processes identifying gaps and providing recommendations to stakeholders. The role also involves change management activities project coordination and developing promotional material for new information systems. Experience in a healthcare environment and with clinical information systems is crucial.
Location:Canada Remote
Responsibilities:

- Performing analysis on current state and future state business processes.
- Identifying gaps in business processes and making recommendations to stakeholders.
- Performing or supporting change management activities including stakeholder analysis and site readiness assessments.
- Coordinating implementations managing timelines and developing project plans.
- Developing promotional material and communications to promote the adoption and use of new information systems.
- Gathering technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders for clinical information systems.
- Developing and delivering training to clinical resources to support changes to business processes and new information systems.
Required Skills & Certifications:

- Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification.
- Valid Prosci Organizational Change Management certification.
- Diploma or Certification in Business Analysis.
- 10 years experience in a business analysis role.
- 7 years experience performing or supporting change management activities in a healthcare environment.
- 3 years experience in a project management or project team lead role.
- 5 years experience developing promotional material and communications to promote the adoption and use of a new information system in a healthcare environment.
- 5 years experience implementing or upgrading the Altera Sunrise suite of applications in a clinical environment.
- 1 year of experience developing and delivering training to clinical resources.

Special Considerations:

- Additional hours may be required not exceeding 10% of the total hours.
- Copies of degrees or certifications must be provided.
Scheduling:
- 7.75 hours per business day.
- Central Time.
