Job Title : Junior Business Analyst Health & Human Services

Location: New York NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience working in health and human services environments supporting quality improvement initiatives.
Proven experience providing technical and computer support to end users.
Hands-on experience using software tools to collect filter process analyze create and distribute data.
Experience developing flow diagrams structure charts and other system or process documentation to represent workflows and system designs.
Proven ability to collect and analyze data in support of implementing automated service delivery systems.
Working knowledge and practical experience using SQL for data querying and analysis.
Experience collaborating with organizational stakeholders to identify inform and drive business process improvements.
